Welcome to France

After the weirdest encounter with a hotel maid of my life we are here in the south of France for two days of WSR 3.5 testing.
After leaving the Media52 Studio at 4:30am on Thursday morning and traveling for 10 hours we arrived in a rather dull (but still warm) Marseille airport. First day of testing went by with Stoffel Vandoorne staying on top throughout, showing just why he has been selected for the McLaren young driver program.
On to this morning (day two) which started in a rather weird way... I woke up to the wonderful smell of freshly ground coffee and buttery croissants (one of the reasons I love France!) I then went to have a shower but about 2 minutes in I turn around to see this little French lady standing in the doorway with her mouth wide open.
After another rainy morning today, Antonio Felix Da Costa came out on top a whole second faster than anyone else! The clouds have just parted as we take a break for lunch! It will be interesting to see what happens this afternoon as the last leg of this testing!
