Vandoorne tops testing session

Wet tyres were the order of the day, at least for the start of this session. But the wet and windy conditions didn’t seem to dampen Vandoorne’s spirits who finished top with a lap of 1:40.665 in the first WSR testing session this morning!
It certainly didn’t stop camera man Sam getting out there either, taking some great shots of the teams getting geared up and of the drivers ready to take on the track.
As the rain cleared and the afternoon brightened the drivers were on top form battling it out for the top spot. The session ended again with Stoffel Vandoorne completing a lap of 1:39.913, beating his earlier time, with Antonio Félix Da Costa and Daniil Move not far behind.
We should be in for another exciting testing session tomorrow. Bring it on!
