Positive Result at the Home of Motor Racing

he fourth round of the GP3 season took place at Silverstone the home of British motorsport. With it's new Pit and Paddock complex there was even more of a buzz than usual with the crowd looking for some British glory.

Luciano scored his first points of the season in a crazy first race in front of his home fans. As the rain clouds gathered his last minute call to change to wet tyres on the grid paid off as 19 of the 30 cars on the grid pitted during the parade lap as the heavens opened. Within the first few laps the RSC Mücke Motorsport driver found himself in the top three and ultimately finished in a very solid 5th position securing his first points of the season and his first in GP3.

"It was a quirky race today, Our last minute decision to switch to wets paid off!"

The second race was full of promise as the young Brit started in 4th place. Unfortunately despite his best efforts he dropped back during the race only managing to finish 19th.

The next round starts on the 22nd July at the famous Nurburgring circuit in Germany. Follow Luchi on Facebook and Twitter to keep up with all his latest news and updates during the event.
